In-Person or Virtual: A guided meditation addresses your body, mind, and spiritual imbalances to help you reach your highest state of consciousness and raise your vibrations. Before the session, our practitioner will talk to you to customize the music and goals. A detailed plan and the recording will be sent home with you.

Distance Reiki, Gassho, Reiji-Ho, Chiryo and Attunement.  Advanced techniques: accessing different levels of consciousness and Animal Reiki. Become an instructor and how to start your natural healing business. You will be a skilled reflexologist practitioner. We are based in the Ogden surrounding area but can conduct a virtual training environment.
